Attorney, Lowe & Evander, P.A.
Sergio has been admitted to practice law in the State of Florida since 2021. In his role at the firm, Sergio assists Partners Brian Evander and Michael Lowe in the representation of physicians, physician groups and their respective insurance carriers in a number of areas of health care law and litigation.
Following his admission to practice law in Florida, Sergio began his practice in Orange County and joined the Young Lawyers Division. Prior to joining Lowe & Evander P.A., Sergio was an associate attorney for several years in civil litigation, focusing primarily on first party property insurance litigation, along with experience in family law and business litigation.
Before attending law school, Sergio graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Economics, and worked for several years as a math instructor at Valencia College in Orlando, FL.
Education:
Sergio graduated Cum Laude in 2020 from Florida A&M University College of Law. During his time at Florida A&M University College of Law, Sergio was placed on the Dean’s List and served on the Executive Board of the FAMU chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
